Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using Jobsinc you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jobsinc.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Jobsinc provides a recruitment and hiring automation platform that includes job posting management, applicant tracking, interview scheduling with Google Meet integration, LinkedIn outreach automation via a browser extension, AI-assisted interview evaluation, and related tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Plans

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, and included quotas are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

4.4 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or engage in spam, phishing, or deceptive practices.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond what is permitted by these Terms or our API documentation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious or destructive code.
• Misuse the LinkedIn integration in a manner that violates LinkedIn’s own Terms of Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this section.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including job postings, candidate data, and outreach messages (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant us the licence above and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are and remain the exclusive property of Jobsinc and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Calendar, Google Meet, LinkedIn, and Stripe. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobsinc and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobsinc and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive any termination of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jobsinc is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the Jobsinc dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
